Jordan + Alicia
I’ve known Jordan from my days working at Changi Airport group and through my interaction with him, he often mentioned the love of his life, Alicia.
It wasn’t until many years later, did I finally get to meet her, over coffee, and as a couple, they both struck me as being very real, down to earth, and positive people.
Prior to the meet up, Jordan already told me he had planned to propose to Alicia in the coming months, and in fact, had already booked her dream venue for their wedding! Part of the surprise was that Alicia had thought the venue was unavailable and was in a mad scramble trying to find a suitable venue for their intimate wedding, and she had actually called me to ask for venue recommendations, I played along, but I did feel kinda bad. To cut the long story short, Jordan did an amazing job with his surprise proposal and Alicia said “Yes”, and all was well with the world.
This engagement shoot was done with us riding in a camper van, heading out into the Dandenong ranges of Victoria and ending up at the beautiful beaches of St. Kilda, Melbourne. Keeping to their personalities, the shoot was very organic. We even had a little cook out in the middle of a forest (thanks to Chef Jordan) and a hunt for a geotag (which we sadly didn’t manage to find)!
I loved every moment of it. Thank you for being such an amazing couple, I can’t wait to document your big day guys!
