Thomas and Marlene picked a beautiful location for their wedding, the grand dame, Alkaff Mansion.
From the beginning, Marlene constantly emphasised her desire for an intimate wedding, where close friends and family could mingle and have fun, where the bride and groom could actually join in the fun and merry making as well and interact with each and every guest. This spoke much to who they were as a couple.
It was indeed a cosy, comfortable and intimate affair.
The sun shone brightly throughout the day, providing amazing evening light (albeit bringing with it slightly uncomfortable temperatures as well) and a lively atmosphere which carried on into the night.
After the vows were said, papers signed and the sun begun to set, the guests and couple made their way into the mansion itself for a truly lovely evening filled with awesome live music and great food coupled with chatter and laughter all round.
A beautiful day indeed.
